Adult Choir

Director: Joel Bejot

October 2010

The Choir is singing at Pastor Ebassa’s Installation!

The Adult Choir has gotten underway, and it’s great to see more men this year! Thanks for jumping in! We will be singing for Pastor Ebassa’s installation on October 30 – thanks so much to all for singing for that exciting moment in our congregation’s history.  Let us join to praise God for the gift of a second pastor.

Ecumenical Thanksgiving Eve Service

The Ecumenical Thanksgiving Eve Service rotates each year around 5 churches in Castle Rock. And, each year, our Adult Choir joins in with a joint musical project with all the churches, too. This year, the Thanksgiving Service will be held at the new Catholic church building! Come check it out, Thanksgiving Eve, 7:00 pm.

If you'd like to be a part of this wonderful group, please talk with Joel. Having some experience in music is helpful for this group, but it is not necessary - the most important qualification is a willingness to learn, and work hard during rehearsals. Some folks in choir have lots if music experience, and others have very little, but we all get along, and give to God and to each other our best.

WE ARE PROVIDING CHILDCARE! I have decided to step up and offer this for the Adult Choir folks.  However, if no one who needs childcare joins the choir by the end of the year, I will have to seriously consider canceling this service.

Hopefully, alternating which service we sing at  and providing childcare can remove some roadblocks for folks who would like to sing, but can't due to some circumstances that were in place last year.

Selections from our Choir performances are available on the links below...Enjoy!!
