Sounds of Faith is preparing to add a little dinner music to the “Fat Tuesday” celebration as well as play for worship on Sun. Feb. 28th. If you have noticed a few new faces in the band, you are observant. Welcome to Monte Crabbs, Colleen Hopwood, Keith Arguello, and Cameron Benzel for joining us. We are also adjusting to having 4 singers instead of 2 or 3, which has changed our appearance some. It is always delightful having Ross Woodzell play with us when he is home from college. We will be the music support for the Holden Evening Prayer service on Wed. March 24th. Preparations have already begun for providing a roaring “He is Risen” sunrise service for Easter and it isn’t even Lent yet. If you have an instrument that you’d like to dust off and get good at again come join us. Practices are twice a month on Saturday afternoons at 4 pm.
We have a wonderful small group, and always welcome new members. We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun together.
