Currently the Endowment Foundation has one active mission fund, “Scholarship”, with awards being granted once each year for our seniors going off to college.
OPPORTUNTIES FOR THE GRADUATING CLASS OF 2011
Faith Lutheran Endowment Foundation is pleased to be offering scholarships for graduating seniors who are members of Faith Lutheran pursuing a higher education degree.
This scholarship is a cash grant to be used for the first academic year after your graduation from high school. It will be paid in one lump sum. Each scholarship awarded will be a minimum of $250, with the total awarded to each applicant dependent on the number of applicants and on the qualifications of applicants as determined by review. Applications must be submitted by June 17th, 2011 to:

The purpose of the Endowment Foundation is to provide a permanent source of funding for future needs of the congregation’s mission and outreach. Funding for these areas comes from member donations and the investment earnings of the Foundation’s principal, which is intended to remain untouched in perpetuity.
Thankfully, with the down turn in investments, the generous donations of three anonymous donors and the proceeds of our Annual Golf Tournament made it possible provide scholarship awards for seniors with no need to dip into the endowments principle.
