Nathan Heimer - Youth Director
Hi, my name is Nathan Heimer and I am the Youth Director at Faith Lutheran Church in Castle Rock, CO. I am a Colorado native and grew up in Denver and Lakewood. I am married to my lovely wife Mindy and we were blessed with our first child in August, his name is Haven. In May of 2008 I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a major in Youth Ministry, Minor in Leadership, and Emphasis in Biblical Studies. My life was changed because a youth director cared enough for me that he shared the Gospel with me and helped me to create a personal relationship with Christ. Since then I have been on fire for God, because honestly, there is nothing better! Since about my sophomore year of high school I felt God calling me into youth ministry! Knowing this I chose to follow it by studying it and majoring in it in college. At the beginning of my second semester of my freshman year I started an internship which lasted 2 and 1/2 years, this internship completely confirmed my calling to youth ministry. Now I am doing what I love and have dreamed of for many years. I cannot think of anything better to do in life than share with youth the love of Christ so that they can create a personal relationship with Him that will impact and guide their daily lives!
"We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us.” 1 Thessalonians 2:8
God Bless,
Nathan Heimer
