The world horizon is littered with competing religions and philosophies. Which has it right? The bold claims of Christianity or other religious rivals... We'll look at sacred sources and secular sources. Many Christians assume that other world religious systems have similar supporting evidence...Lets take a look. This study utilizes the presentations of Dr. Paul Maier (retired Professor of Ancient History at Western Michigan and former Vice President of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod) in comparing and contrasting Christianity with other world religions. Pastor Mike will be facilitating this once a month men’s Bible study which meets the first Saturday of each month. In September we looked at Hinduism and in February we will be looking at Judaism. |

SUPER SUMMER CAMP JUNE 2012
Vacation Bible School-SonSurf Beach Bash

On Wednesday, January 4, 2012, we started a new Bible study. We will continue using the “Following God (Discipleship) Series.” Our new book by Rick Shepherd is called “Life Principles for Worship from the Feasts of Israel.” Rick Shepherd is an excellent author with whom we are familiar. We’ll be looking at how the God ordained feasts of the Old Testament are a picture of the Messiah in the New Testament. This will be an exciting study and you will learn a lot.
